Canpar Loomis Express

The driver claimed they came to my house to deliver my package at 7:39am on May 19 and there was no one home, my wife was home and in the house, no doorbell or knock at the door, and claims they left a white slip in the mailbox, there was no slip to be found, I call head office to find out were I can pick my package up and I'm told that I can't, I have to wait for a text or email telling me were I can get my package, and it won't be till Tuesday May 23. I am beyond upset over this, by far the worst courier company I have had to deal with, obviously the driver tried to deliver the the package to the wrong address, incompetent and useless.

They have never sent an email as to pick up my parcel they have not attempted to deliver it as they say address is bad ??? They have land location and rr address . I can not get through to talk to a human being and when I do they say parcel is in transit its been a month

Loomis has repeatedly not delivered packages. Their online chat personnel are great but when they pass it off to the local branch I don't get any real answers. If you value your business, do not contract to this courier as you WILL lose customers.

I order lots of parts etc online and when loomis or canpar (same company) are the couriers I know it's going to be late, damaged or delivered at weird times these guys are bad bad bad and I would never recommend them as a courier service for a business or personal needs
