Enhance Dental Centre

We have been going to Enhance dental for a while now. The service is great, the staff are respectful and professional, even though my teeth are ugly they always tell me I have nice teeth well technically they say my teeth are healthy lol One time I went in for a cleaning after eating a whole Burger King meal and I thought to myself dang I hope I dont have pieces of food in my teeth they probably found a few what can I say I was starving that day. I recommend you to switch over 100% and make sure you bring your insurance card.

Used to love this place and Dr Nagy but reception has ruined the entire experience for me. They ran up my insurance then billed me the overage. When I said I couldn't pay right away they became aggressive on the phone and yelled at me that I can ignore bills. Then when I called to pay then the money they told me the bill was handled since it was there screw up, since i have stated over and over not to do anything without insurance approval first. Now 3yrs later I call to make an appointment and they tell me I still owe 250$ from 3 yrs ago. No bill ever sent, no calls for the money. Now that I need a dentist you hit me with this. Will not be going again. I'll find someone else who's office staff can treat people like humans with a little respect.

It's been a while since I've seen a dentist. We moved to Quebec for 5 years, and I really liked Enhanced Dental before we moved. Then the pandemic happened. We moved back to Regina, and I was glad to return to see the staff at Enhanced! They're still really nice and friendly. I promise I'll be better and visit then regularly... :D

They deliberately lied to me before starting my treatment. Hurried me into getting wisdom teeth pulled and then collected cash from me which would otherwise have been under insurance. Post services I have been suffering severe pain and unusual swelling and there is no one available to provide any support over weekend.

There is no one on one with the dentist here unless they are new at the cinic . The hygenist goes over results which is unacceptable .For what they charge for rates there should be more interaction with the dentist and the patient . Telling a client while they are in the chair they have to make up their mind on what they want done . I was having my tooth pulled and obviously could not talk . I am never goign back .
