I have used Prairie Dental since it opened in the nineties. Dr. Dufor and her staff have always been great. When I had work done she would ask if I was okay a lot. I have had dentists hurt me and it has never happened here. I highly recommend.

I went there for various fillings and one of them just chipped a part of mt back tooth. I'm never coming back.

I was going to this dentist for years. The receptionist (Sandy, if I remember correctly) did not want to fill out my claim form for my plan administrator. It was "too much work" for her and she said "I will not do all that writing, I will print it and they can see what Dr. Dufour did and pay for it." well, Coughlin did not pay them, and she (Sandy) had the nerve to call me to pay for my dental work. Umm, no. She should have done her job. I tried to call many times to the office to talk to Dr. Dufour myself, left messages many times, never did I get a call back. Then they sent my bill to collections and this is affecting my credit score. So, a big thank you to your lazy receptionist Meena. I couldn't get away with treating people like this at my place of employment, why does she get away with it? Dr. Dufour, if you read this, I still have the same phone number for the past 20 years. Please call me in regards to this matter if you are up to it, if not, that is ok. I should have gone to the BBB with this, but I think a Google review is much more efficient.
