        I had an appointment booked for 2pm. Got there around 1:45 to check in. Waited till nearly 3pm and just left. This is unacceptable. You guys should let your patients know if there is an issue with overbooking prior to our appointments as our time is just as valuable as yours.

        the Dr i see there is great and thorough. in writng a review on the phone service. they rarely answer and you have to keep calling in. i waited for 16 minutes onn the phone when i finally got through the automated message told me i cannot complete my call and to try again. something needs to be done about the terrible phone procedures.
