        Ive been going to Dr Lok since he was working in the stapleford office, I love dr lok and every dr he brings in to work at his office. The only HUGE issue is calling when the office opens is a nightmare. Sit on hold for 20 minutes and then told theres no appointments, the music goes dead so not even sure if your on hold anymore. How can someone call right when the office is open and theres no emergent appointments left? Are drs not leaving any for the day anymore?? Calling the office never used to be this bad, even in the middle of covid it went this bad.

        Very unhappy with the ability to phone and get someone to answer my call. After listening to their auto attendant, I get the message that they are unable to take my call and try again later. My appointment is tomorrow - how do I contact them about it?

        Dr.Lok has been my physician for many years. Always knowledgeable and kind. All the other drs at gardens are the same. Very professional so if I can't get in to see Dr Lok then I have no problem seeing any of the others because I have faith in them all.
