Edited: I am not sure why during the phone call appointment, the nurse and dr Blignaut were suddenly laughing out so loud when I was seriously talking??? I am only giving the two stars for Dr. Lai (retired), taking stars off because the Asian lady at the service desk was so impatient and rude, and even interrupted me and drawled when I was trying to ask general questions. She didn't even bother to listen to me saying anything, kept interrupting me when I try to raise up a question, and ended up with leaving my phone number to her to wait for doctor's calling back without giving any of my questions.

Dr. is so nice and polite. Even though staff is very nice to specially Julie . I gave her such a hard time calling her back and forth but she never minded. Thank you so much guys for helping me. Enjoy:)
