My daughter just came home from your store very upset. Just because she's a teenager does not mean she's a thief. Just because she's holding on to a pair of earrings while she's still looking around the store for what she initially went there to buy in the first place, doesn't make her a thief. She was asking a woman for a specific item, the only help she got was a point and told it's over there. It wasn't over there and again she just points and says it is. This woman was so rude and intimidating, staring her and her friend down, and talking to a co-worker in another language (sounding angry) while pulling out her phone as if she's gonna call security or something. You didn't have what she was looking for yet my daughter felt she had no choice but to buy the earrings because she was afraid to leave the store without buying something at this point just to prove she wasn't there to steal something. The earrings turned out to be twice the price she even thought they were. Then gets told no returns. I will never step foot in your store again nor will she or her friends. Your store is geared towards young girls. Not a wise business move on your part.

Got done piercing in January was told to remove after 3 weeks. I removed after a month and tried to put new earrings. Firstly, I noticed that my ear was not properly pierced as the earrings they used while piercing had a bend wand and now I cant even put the new earring as it get stuck half way. Went to claires again and explained the whole thing, got no help instead I was told that I am lying about the wand and she didnt even care to check my ear. Really bad service.

Got ear piercing in January. Lady told me to remove after 3 weeks and I removed after a month and tried to put new earrings the same day but it was getting stuck halfway. Came to Claires and told my issues instead of helping me or looking at my ear lady simply said that you lying here. Really bad experience. Even one of my friend experienced the same problem she got no help. Really bad experience.

Claire's has a wide variety of accessories for different aesthetics. This store that looked small from the outside had so many different options of styles to choose from. I'm emo, so I found it very satisfying that Claire's was able to provide me with several earrings that suited my taste.
