Not a good communicator, rude by email. Refused to talk by phone. Phone line does not work after calling for 3 days. Obviously was not interested in business. Look elsewhere, found a better embroiderer. UPDATE: I am not selling services, I was looking for a local company to embroider caps for the Regina area team and possibly do team apparel to, which was a large order and to save shipping costs. So maybe you should have answered the phone or not insinuated in the emails thinking I was a seller when I said I needed a local company. Hire extra person to handle your calls or messages. I asked politely and your responses were appalling.

We had a very large order of custom embroidered winter coats. Chris and his wife were awesome to work with! The work was very high quality and their organization of the order was top notch! They saved me hours of sorting!

We are very happy with the jersey's and hoodies we ordered from Galger's for our soccer club. It was a large order with a variety of sizes, and everything was perfect! Plus the turnaround time was quick. We would highly recommend using Galger's!
