        Staff shorted a sub order, placing the wrong amount of meat on the sandwich. When asked, the staff said "that's just how it is." When asked to see a manager, there was no manager on site. A phone number for the manager was provided, but the number could not accept incoming calls. This incident was reported to the Better Business Bureau, as it is fraud.
