We rarely get donuts, but we decided to get a dozen a few months back. We went through the drive through and for each donut I asked to make sure they had enough and they said yes. I get to the window to pay and they said they didnt have 4 donuts that I ordered, so I asked why did they say there was enough and why are you handing me a box without enough donuts? The male manager was extremely rude and with a very bad attitude he chose the donuts for me!! I said are you paying for this or am I? What donuts did you choose? And they were ones I would never even want! I refused to pay and gave him back the box of donuts the he clearly likes or dont sell well and drove off. Seriously, why would he feel its ok to choose for me while he disrespects me, and still expects me to pay for it? Horrible manager!

They don't mix there smoothies right, I have strawberry smoothie and they don't mix it right!
