        I asked for my previous years e-statements and they said its gonna cost some money to get that. sounded sketchy so I returned and later found it in my personal banking. so cheap going after customer's money. If Scotia keep this attitude up its only a matter of time customers choose other banking services who actually CARE about their customers.

        For the one one's having a walking disability the can't access it due to the automatic door being disabled. When bought to the manager attention I go it's disabled due to people sleeping in there at night.

        not good ATM closes at 11pm have to run to a non scotia bank and pay.3$.this is advertised as a service available .there for they must pay all cost encored because they decided to close early. to pay everyone this happened
