The lack of communication and correct processing of my requests ..lead me to close my account and find another investors company. Would not recommend.

Since i couldnt find a more direct location to write a review on the IG building in East End Saskatchewan , this will have to do. I wanted to share my expereince that I had with that establishment. I ended up going to East End in Saskatchewan for a mechanic appointment, which ended up being right beside the IG building. Basically with this mechaninc appointment i was waiting 5 hours for something that should have taken 15 mins. So while i was waiting i decided to go meet this investor group since i was looking to invest. My first visit here seemed to go well, the guy was informative and friendly. They gave me some documents to look over and thought that was it. Anyways, after bouncing from building to building waiting for my car to be done, i decided to go back to the IG building which was right beside the mechanic place my car was at, to ask them if i could sit there out of the cold while i waited for this mechanic, to hopefully come back . So I walked in and asked the lady at the front desk if i could sit out of the cold till the mechanic next door got back . She hesitated for so long and said " well i dont know about that, hmm yeah i dont know. " "I said you know i was just hear this morning right and am considering becoming a client with you?" She said" Yeah , but your not a client yet". (Wow) Then she went to ask her boss if i could sit and wait. They both said no. I told her " you know i was just here right, thinking of becoming a client"? She then replied " Yeah but your not a client yet" (Wow) Well, in that moment, that told me everything i would ever need to know about these people and their character, and their business. If thats how you treat your potential clients , why would i ever trust you to invest thousands of dollars of my money. ? So yeah, for me how you treat people matters way more then money. So yeah, that told me everything i needed to know about what these people are really about. Which is money, not the clients. So that solidified it all for me, and i returned the documents they gave me and will be taking my business somewhere else. So yeah, thats my story. It was a blessing in disguise i believe, if i hadnt went back asking to sit out of the cold, I would have never seen their true colors. Always listen to that inner voice which i beleive is God, you call it what you will, but that voice that protects you from making huge mistakes. Cheers.
