I don't know why membership price is such a secret for this gym, but they never ever wanted to let me know on the phone or email. So I had to call, then the manager asked me to come to the club. Manager did not show up on the time for the meeting to get a membership. Reception staff does not know their own promotion that they posted on their social media. and it seems there was no communication about this client meeting between manager and reception at all. The girl at the reception kept just repeating "I have not heard anything about the meeting" and "I have no idea about the promotion." I had to just leave so I don't waste my time during my lunch hour. The manager called me about 20 minutes later, asked me to come to the club again. When I showed up and met the manager finally, the girl at the reception said "oh well I offered the tour" to my face. Well yes she did at the end of gong show briefly, but seriously, I don't really care about the tour and I am there for an appointment, also, she did not need to say that to me directly. Everybody was just extremely unprofessional and it seems the staff does not understand what was wrong in this situation. Only reason I considered to go to this gym is it is super close to where I work but I would never bother. I don't care how fancy looking the facilities are. Also, membership price is pretty expensive, Over 35 biweekly.
