        Started a 16 week challenge in February, so far I'm down about 12 lbs, my low back and hip pain has improved dramatically. The workout is quick and challenging. I definitely plan on staying.

        I just did the 2 week trial and am enjoying all the extra energy these workouts have brought into my life. Mom-Life is busy but I find these 35 minute workouts effective and easy to commit! The fitness Trainors create a fun and encouraging environment for all levels of fitness.
