Twice recently I have ordered special occasion arrangements and both times Gloria has called to confirm substitutions and verify that delivery charges (third party) are acceptable. The communication here is beyond impressive. She is so friendly, cheerful and accommodating and its clear that customer service is their top priority. Both times the arrangements were even nicer than the sample picture on the website. They definitely go above and beyond. Will continue to order from here and highly recommend!!

I emailed prior to ordering to ask about a slight subtitution to an offered sympathy arrangment on their site. Gloria responded promptly and answered all my questions. Ordered from the States so was a little nervous but it was delivered today, on time and gorgeous. Good price, good communication. Thank you!

Gloria and Shaunna are amazing! They are not over priced and have great skills. I went to them for bouquets and a casket spray when my Dad passed away. We were given a gorgeous spray and bouquets. If you are looking for something go see these kind ladies, well worth it.
