GutterMasters & Exteriors - eavestrough, siding, soffit, fascia

Eavestrough replacement: Positives1.Provided quote/estimate in timely fashion ie less then a week. 2.Delivered invoice in timely fashion ie approx a week after leaving job-site. 3.Price was probably competitive if properly finished. Negatives 1.At least a month late from date originally indicated,kept saying next Monday,this coming Friday,finishing a job today,be there tomorrow but not showing up.Asked them to advise us day before showing up,then finally showed up unannounced. 2.Crew accidently sliced off a sunflower plant while taking down old eavestrough,wife watered that plant 1/2 hour before their arrival,all was fine,no animals ,no other people around,tried to deny they did the damage,finally said they would replace but two months later have not seen hide nor hair of them.Had to locate greenhouse to replace and pay for replacement and gas and wear and tear on car. 3.Eavestrough was leaking in one corner as noted after rain in evening. Luckily we saw it before they completed job. 4.Downspout not screwed to pipe leading out to lawn,it detaches and falls down during heavier rain.Other 3 have been done properly.Notified Laurie 3 weeks ago and nothing done.4 phone calls and 2 e-mails but they do not answer phone or respond.Even offered to finish their job if they would drop off a screw gun and a couple of proper screws.Its just a 30 second job which they should have done properly before leaving. I realize all contractors are busy but they should a crew going around in a timely fashion looking after their deficiencies. As seniors we cannot afford to buy screw guns for a 1/2 minute job.

So i am attempting my soffit and fascia for my home, i came across some general questions of the J-channel that was supplied to me from home hardware because no one from there or home depot, lowes, rona could help me. A gentleman talked me through with my issue, he even gave me his cell number to text images to. He got me back on the right track and i couldn't be more thankful. Here i am, not even using GutterMaster services and yet they took time out of there day to help me out, I can assure if by me doing this goes sideways i will be calling them.

We got Laurie + Darryl to do the siding, soffit + fascia on our home and are beyond thrilled with the level of quality and professionalism they brought to the experience. They were great with communication, showed up when they said they would be there, they blew any other quote out of the water and worked with our budget to give us the best results! We would 10/10 recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to the exterior of their home.
