        Did a great job on a very small plaque for my dogs Urn. Didnt treat it like it didnt matter even tho it was a small job....thank you.

        The worst experience I have ever had with any business in any service sector-- I made countless phone calls about the status of my engraving and was given promises and excuses over a period of 6 weeks from the owner as to why my engraving was not completed. I am very reasonable and understanding but this place is the most disorganized business I have dealt with--forgetful, lack of prioritizing and false promises. I wanted a long term business agreement but I will never go back. I cannot recommend Barkers Trophy in good faith to anyone for any engraving service. Save yourself the headache and take your engraving to Skylevel Custom Engraving in Regina.
