Worst website I may have ever used. Cannot even see my own health card number on there. Requested a new health card because of marital status and address change months ago, still no new card or update on the application. Calling in is just as bad, both the 1-800 and Regina numbers are automated and say your call is important to us and then they disconnect. Truly wish I could give this 0 stars.

I recently had the opportunity to visit eHealth Saskatchewan after moving from British Columbia to Regina, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by their staff members. My main objective was to obtain health cards for my family, which included my wife and two kids, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the process was. The staff members at eHealth Saskatchewan were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the entire process, and they made sure that we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that they took great pride in their work. Overall, I would highly recommend eHealth Saskatchewan to anyone in need of their services.
