Horrible , unfriendly , rude . After I was told I needed to speak with alberta Mep . I asked her for the phone number . I was told google could do that for me lol Thats just one example. The kicker was, when she told me to close the file and go back to dealing with my ex . This was because I was frustrated that Mep was 14 days late paying me , without even letting me know .

Excellent to deal with. They deal with angry people all the time, and still do a great job.

sometimes they are good, other times not so much, if your kids dad is in arrears they don't seem to really do anything about it. The paying parent can lie for months about court dates and fake court orders and get away with it by the looks of it. It also would be nice to get an update more often of what is going on. Usually if people owe money you cant just not pay it.
