I walked into this gym without a clue but never felt like I didn't belong. A great, welcoming atmosphere where anyone is willing to lend a hand whether they are there doing their own workout or a professional trainer. Love the small group fitness classes, especially Cade and Nika!

As a long time member of Adrenaline I cannot say enough about the facility. The equipment is high quality and the gym has everything you need and more. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. This gym has something for everyone and would recommend to anyone with confidence knowing they will find something they love!

It's a fine gym. It has everything you need. Facility is nice and clean. The big complaint I have is the contract. Only pay month-to-month at this facility if you should choose to work out here. I paid upfront for my second 6 month term contract. Then, I had to move cities 3 months into the contract for work. This gym was unwilling to give back my money for any of the remaining months. I am going to be unable to use the gym for the remainder of the contract despite paying for it, and this was not abundantly clear that this would be the case when I signed up. TL;DR only pay month to month at this place because if you pay in advance and have to cancel you're SOL on your money.
