This gym requires you to sign a binding contract which is difficult to terminate. If you choose to cancel or are unable to attend the gym, they will still take your money. I signed a contract that included daycare services for my son, which was the primary reason for selecting this gym. However, after Christmas, the daycare services were no longer available, which I believe was a violation of our contract. I have been attempting to cancel my membership since December through multiple phone calls and emails. Finally, I received a call today stating that my membership will be terminated, but I will still be charged a minimum of $300. While the gym has excellent equipment and a great location, I advise everyone to exercise caution when choosing a gym and not to choose this money-driven establishment.

Horrible experience! Signed a 1 Year contract, in August 2021, for $25 biweekly. Was still charged after. Feb. 2023 charged an extra $2 bikweekly, equaling $27.84 per payment. Called Feb 9 and they said over the phone that my membership was completely done as I fought it for awhile. Now as of March 24, 2023 Im still being charged and they said that I didnt cancel even though a member from their team said it was cancelled. I just did my online application as they said That's the only way now. But theres a 30-60 day turn around, which means that I will still be charged an extra $60-$115 before it cancels fully????? Dont buy a membership at any evolution fitness, go to SETS fitness, its way cheaper and you pay upfront. And way better environment.
