Called To Care Home Health Services

I have called to Care and they are not that great. I would cosider public instead of private home care because public home treats you with respect and dignity. This called to Care has done a lot of mistakes seams like I get blamed for them. Becareful of you get private or public Home Care.

Wouldn't recommend as it seems as though their not concerned when their care givers no call/no show. They tell the client that there's "no one available", therefore the person is left to lie in bed as they don't have a caregiver to assist them to get up. Not impressed at all by this service. If you have a disability I guess you're out of luck when relying on them.

Apparently care giving is not there top priority. Come on guys you can do better. Sad that people rely on you.

Nurse was amazing, but doctor was absolutely horrible and borderline abusive. Terrible person. Go anywhere else except here

Compassionate care staff. Everyone I was involved with was extremely caring and helpful. They always came on time. Truly was a pleasure using their services.
