I wanted to pay full amount for the whole year that way you get discount instead of paying monthly with auto deposit. Rep was too stubborn to listen and was kept interrupting and was just not listening at all. There is always disconount if you pay for the whole year at once but she just kept denying it instead of checking with someone else and attitude for nothing. I always go to east branch , i went there and SURPRISED yes i was right and that stubborn rep wasn't . Well someone give her customer service classes and how to listen and double check the info if don't know .
