Wanna Facetime your family? It's not gonna happen here. Internet is HORRIBLE. It's 2023. How on Earth do you not have proper high speed internet to handle demands of your hotel guests. I've stayed here multiple times, in multiple rooms, on multiple floors, trying to find a sweet spot but there simply isnt one. I'm not streaming movies and downloading anything crazy. I'm talking about normal daily surfing. As someone who needs it to do normal remote office work, this place doesn't cut it. There's Diamond member parking but the staff do not ask for your license plate when you check in so there's no way to tell if the vehicle in a Diamon spot is entitled to be there. So of course the Diamond spots are hard to find. Rooms are ok but the carpet and general vibe in the hallways is really outdated. This is a Hilton brand the flaws in the flooring make it look more like a cheap motel. Staff are awesome. Personable and friendly. But the internet is horrible. Small but comfortable rooms. Bed was great. Location os goo with numerous amenities within walking distance.

Website advertised EV charging. Nope. Website advertised a picture of a pool. Nope. Front counter lady complained to us about another guest while we attempted to check in. Cancelled and and walked out. Noteworthy details: Falsely advertises amenities that they do not provide. Staff should not be complaining about other guests TO GUESTS! Would not recommend and will never attempt to stay here again.

Make sure that you call and check if the pool is operational before making the reservation. They won't let you cancel your reservation after receiving the payment. For me, Surprise was given after I paid.
