What kind of doctor's office doesn't provide their patient's with a washroom within a reasonable walking distance! Today my father was told to rush down prior to his 11 o'clock appointment because they had some no-shows or cancelations! While patiently waiting my father needed to use the facilities, they refused to allow him to access to the bathroom in their office's because "it's a private washroom" so they made a 66year old man with visible walking disabilities walk out of their office, 100ft to another hallway that lead to more doctors offices and a public washroom...all the way through to the back, up an elevator and another 100ft to the washroom! It's time to quit hiring lazy front office staff, too lazy to disinfect or ask the patient to quickly disinfenct the washroom after their use... they would rather force an elderly man with walking disabilities to take a chance walking over 250ft to use another facility...one they don't have to clean... purely pathetic doctor's in this province! They definitely forgot the "care" in "healthcare"
