Sadly, Ive had to make two claims in the last six years, but happily, I was making my claims through this awesome team. All the way through the process, they were sympathetic, helpful and professional, and this made two negative life experiences feel unexpectedly positive. I really felt like they were on my side and were doing everything they could to honour their commitment with me. Even before I had to make my claims, the team (I particularly dealt with Caroline, a complete gem) helped me understand all my options and even cleared up some of my questions about various aspects of insurance. I absolutely recommend them. You never want to actually use your insurance, but if you need to, youll want to have it with these folks. Hassle-free!
