I got a loan from here about 5 days ago. I got approved. I paid them back today. I went back there to get another loan and some lady denied me. Just cause the online speedy cash couldn't comfirm my identity. But when I called them and they said come on in and come get a loan, the online speedy cash has different rules then the one in person. And i told her "I just got a loan from here a few days ago, and I just paid back today" but still she denied me. She was hateful. And she didn't even ask to see my ID. I could of showed her it and answer questions. Waste of time. The lady who approved me 5 days ago was very sweet and approved me right away. But the lady today was unprofessional. Don't waste your time there. It wasn't issue the first time i went there in person.

rude manager whos name is tara! , so this lady told me I cant do a loan because theres a guy who listed me as a contact number / spouse?, has an overdue loan. So, I told her that we dont live together and we dont have the same address and hes not my spouse on my account. Lol. So was wondering I cant do a loan, she told me that guy listed me as a spouse, and we have the same number which is weird. Like seriously? so I cant do a loan because that guy listed me as a spouse and he has an overdue loan. So rude such a waste of time! I am not gonna do a loan here anymore!. Ive never had a an issue loaning here before, until I met this manager with a very bad customer service! I wouldnt recommend or refer this to a friend, I suggest to anyone to go moneymart or cashmoney they have professional and friendly staff! Unlike here seems like they like wasting peoples time!
