Primacy - Prince of Wales Medical Clinic

They do not have a phone number to speak with a receptionist and despite their hours indicating being open until two may refuse appointments up to 2 hours before then due to filling up. They do not update their phone system to inform clients of this, so you may end up driving there, sick, for something that could easily have been communicated by phone. Terrible customer care for people who are already ill.

Went in to see dr gave me prescription for med that can no longer get and didnt return calls to pharmacy when i needed it badly and went there as an emergency. He got paid for my appt and I did not get what I needed guess they dont care about our health since its not them suffering!

Based on the other reviews and our experience this place clearly needs to look into their receptionist. Super rude and unprofessional. Denied us health care despite the fact that we had a valid provincial health card. Told us she would charge us $80 to see a doctor.

I dont know which administrator everyone is writing about here, for the three times that I was in this clinic, the administrator was friendly and responsive.
