Booked an appointment for 3pm, arrived 5 minutes early and still waited over 45 minutes to see a doctor for a skin test. Need to work on customer service and work on making everything more efficient.

The front is totally unorganized and not friendly! Waited for a call back about a broken hand, a week later no call. Figure it's no news is good news. Took the cast off and almost a month later we get a call and he needs to see him. They say we tried calling. No they did not! Not once! All call at the end of the month are me calling them! Not impressed and they either need more training or hire someone to get their stuff organized!!

In my experience Dr. Ooi is disorganized and will not listen to you. She is quick to prescribe medications for symptoms but does not care about the root issue. She was quite hurtful to me.
