My x-ray report was not sent to the doctor even on the third business day. There is no live person available on phone to discuss the concerns.

Some stuff members are very rude and behave totally unprofessional when dealing with patients and those who accompany them.

Rude front end guy.. My doctor prescribed to get an X-Ray as I was suffering from serious cough. When I first went there the guy in the front asked for the covid test report which I didnt have at that time. So, I had to wait for 3-4 days to get the results which was Negative. When I went to lab after that, the lady was talking good, she asked for test report and after checking the prescription she asked me to sit. Now the same guy had to involve in this and asked if I have cough. For which I said yes as it was the whole point for getting an X-Ray. But the guy insisted me that I cannot come out of the house until 48 hours after symptoms suffice. If this a rule by the government, it doesnt make any sense as why do I require an X-Ray if my symptoms(just cough) are no more. When all this was happening an elderly person got there for X-Ray I reckon. He clearly said that he hasnt done covid test in past 2 weeks for which the guy didnt say anything and asked him to sit. I also went to other Life labs to get blood and urine test and I was never asked for even a Covid test report. So, if a patient is suffering from something serious and the labs deny doing tests by saying lame reasons, what if the patient dies?
