Pasqua South Medical Aesthetics

My partner bought an $80 product from this company near the end of April and got the wrong item. This product is for a deeper skin tone and she is very pale so it doesn't work at all for her. The company has been avoiding getting her an exchange and it has now been 4 months without a product replacement. All she wants is to get the item she PAID for but this simple task seems to be impossible to do.

Over two years ago, I gave the facility and staff a raving 5 star review BUT since there facility moved in May 2022, the team has been very unresponsive. I paid over $80 for a sunscreen product in the shade light, and received the colour deep. I've reached out multiple times to swap the unopened product to no avail for the product I paid for. Very disappointing.

The staff is so awesome & helpful! I've got to say I have been to a few different places for my medical facials/products & I am so incredibly impressed by the level of customer service I've received so far. I feel so appreciated as a customer at your clinics & that is something I honestly can't say about many other businesses. I've spent a lot of money in a couple other places & while I enjoyed the services & the staff were nice I still just felt like another customer. I didn't even realize there was another way to feel!

I have been seeing Dr Mitchell for several years now and she has been the best doctor I have ever had. I had developed severe chronic pain that was debilitating for over three years and she helped me to successfully become pain-free. Now that I am past having to focus on strictly surviving through each day, I have been able to look at taking care of my self-esteem through reflecting how healthy I feel on the inside with looking my best on the outside. I recently had a medical grade chemical peel during an Open House event and Im in love with the results! I had been noticing that my regular skincare regimen and home facials were just not giving me the results they used to. I was feeling like my skin was beginning to look old and that I just had to get used to my new normal of being in my mid thirties. Not true!! The first four days after the peel were a little nerve racking because my skin looked like a sandpaper lizard shedding all over my shirts, but then on day five I couldnt believe how radiant my face looked! My skin looks and feels like Im in my early 20s again! Dr Mitchell and her team treat their clients like a close knit community. I always feel like Im heard and valued. Pasqua South Medical is the best place to go to be your best self, inside and out.

Dr Mitchell, Candace, Kelly and all the staff at Pasqua South Medical Aesthetics are simply the best. They are all so kind, professional, fun but above all know their stuff. Dr Mitchell is the best physician you never feel her needles and she understands peoples skin type and how it all works so you can achieve the best results in fixing or improving your skin issues. I have to say micro needling is one of the best services offer at their clinic. I have see improvement in my skin texture, clarity and other problems Ive suffered for years. They all really care about you achieving your best self.
