I look forward to appointments with Natasha! She takes time to listen and respond in a thoughtful way. She teaches me where my feelings may be stemming from and gives helpful tools/strategies to use. She also shares resources that can help while in between sessions. I feel comfortable in the appointments and have always left feeling better!

Natasha is an incredible person whom I immediately felt safe and comfortable with. I have had a reiki session and multiple therapy sessions with her, and I only have wonderful things to say about her and her services. Natasha is the most professional and approachable counsellor I have ever had. Ive been seeing her for about a year now and know for a fact that I will continue to. Natasha is passionate about what she does and in turn provides the best counselling Ive personally ever had. Im someone who struggles to completely open up in session and Natasha has created a space where I feel comfortable and safe enough to do that. The environment is comfortable and Ive always left fulfilled and heard. She responds to emails excellently and provides great exercises, tools, and mindsets with every session.

I have been seeing Natasha for a few months now and she has been incredible. She is professional but so very personable. She is so kind and understanding and is able to put you right at ease and make you feel comfortable in your most vulnerable state. I cant recommend her enough.

Natasha is amazing. She creates a safe space for her clients, allows you to speak your mind, she offers so much support and guidance. I always look forward to seeing her because I know she will never judge anything I say, and will always respect my feelings. You wont regret booking in with her!
