Have had orders missing hot sauces, sometimes whole items.. still, let it go, gave it another chance, let it go, gave it another chance.. but today? I came in mid afternoon, on a Sunday. I attempted to order through the drive thru: two hard shell beef tacos, chips & queso, and a large super beef burrito combo Instead of asking what I wanted to drink, or if the whole combo is upsized, the employee goes on to repeat two hard shell beef tacos, chips and queso and completely ignores the super beef burrito combo. This went back and forth until I gave up and said Ill just go inside to order from someone else. I come inside, same guy comes to the till, I repeat the whole order ONCE again and complete confusion ensues. And ultimately? I walked out - was about to spend over $30 at your establishment but Ill go somewhere basic communication exists. One of the most bizarre and frustrating experiences Ive had at any Fast Food restaurant, let alone ANY restaurant. And not to mention, a complete waste of time. For the price, the service, quality control, and just a general positive experience, is not there.

Fast, polite and easy to order even though i can be complicated while ordering.. Great service.
