I've worked with Saravong (Vong) on a couple mortgages now, and he goes above and beyond to find you a lender at the best rates possible. My situations were far from straight forward, but Vong put in the hours and work to get it done. Vong and team have excellent relationships with lenders, which allows them to find ways to make deals work. Vong was responsive and personable throughout the process and is overall a pleasure to deal with!

I enjoyed working with Saravong from Sherwood Mortgage Group. He has helped me through multiple transactions now and proven himself to be reliable and accountable. He has always made himself available when needed and responds to any questions in a timely manner. Saravong takes the time to explain all details thoroughly and ensures that I understand my options. If an opportunity were to come up, I would definitely choose Saravong as my mortgage broker again.

I would have lost my house deal if I hadn't been able to renegotiate a deal with my seller. I worked with Sohka Kim and Jessica Pritchard and honestly felt like I had been forgotten about. I had all my documentation in 10 days before the financing date for my contract and received very little communication up until the end. On the final day I did not hear from Sohka at all. After we had missed the deadline I wrote to her to tell her I would no longer be using her services. She did not respond... I had kind of expected that she would apologize after that... Very disappointed... would not recommend this place.

We went to Sherwood Mortgage for help with home buying. This being our first home, we were absolutely clueless on how to go about the many things but Jessica and Sokha were always there to help us through. They really worked hard for us and had our best interests in mind. They were there to answer the countless questions that we had.
