MCAP

I was happy with the rate, but the customer service just isn't there. You have to wait an hour on the phone, there is no call back option, they don't answer emails and if by chance you happen to get a hold of someone, they don't seem to know any thing. You deserve better.

MCAP took advantage of my daugther during this Covid-19 misery. I called June 30th for some relief on payout mortgage penalty because they both lost thier jobs. I was told a number - house sold payout penalty was 175% higher or $2322.18 more than the number i was told 10 days early?? I spoke with 4 members from MCAP, finally Manager Catherine told me no adjustment will be done. Absolute poor communication and zero common sense how they treated my daughter. They got her money and just deal with it - lost for words - so sad - MCAP won this won $$$$

I love MCAP. As a mortgage broker and a customer I have always been impressed wit them. Between their mortgage products, customer portal, and Sweepstakes program they are definitely one of my fav lenders!

All they care about is their pockets and not their people!I cannot wait till my contact with them is open and I can switch to my bank. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!
