Needs upgrades. Your room is sometimes cleaned, sometimes not or just half cleaned. Good price. Breakfast good enough for me but nothing over the top. This was how my bed was made one day. Other days it was made properly. Rooms : 2/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 3/5 More

Stayed here for a few weeks while working in town. Staff is friendly for the most part, but I was given a "free upgrade" for being a higher level loyalty member, that ended up not being free. Staff and management argued with me about the extra fee, and ended up having to pay it, or spend the time switching rooms when I had a schedule with very limited free time as is. Never once asked for the "free upgrade" so I was rather confused as to why they expected me to pay the extra fee over what I booked to begin with. Rooms are really clean though, and the beds are fairly comfortable! A.C blew cold for the hot days, but the rooms lacked black-out blinds/curtains. Fairly quiet rooms as well which was nice. Free breakfast lacks a lot, but that's pretty expected for a free breakfast.
