ND said with confidence I has sensitive to dairy. The test she recommended that I took said I was sensitive to fruit. The product she gave me had fruit listed in ingredients. After researching the test there is no proof that the test is valid. The NP had no idea the costs of products in her own shop as the quoted me $6 less than they were. That means I paid over $30 more than was quoted. And many months later I feel no better but my cholesterol is higher than ever before. Save your money and opt to go with scientific proof.

I have been a patient with Dr. Bablad, N.D. for almost a year now. He treats my body as a whole, and is always quick to explain things to me in a way that I can understand. Thanks to Dr. Bablad's help, I am living my life largely pain free without the use of over the counter pain management. My quality of life has improved significantly since using naturopathic services. The office staff are always friendly, and knowledgeable. The shop is tidy, and the waiting room is comfortable and child friendly. A truly inviting space. Thank you Head to Heal!

A few years ago (6 years ago), I had really bad anxiety that I had developed from my past trauma and happened right after our Daughter was born in late 2016 (I am the Male/ Husband). I had no idea what to do, it hit me so hard I almost fled away from my beautiful wife and new baby girl. So many thoughts of bad things were coming up and my anxiety started to increase. I have always been a natural person with no medications ever and don't even take Tylenol. I found out about Head to Heal Wellness as they were all Natural Doctors so I decided to go there. All I can say is Dr. Johnathan Bablad is a G.O.A.T. and I am very thankful I did. He/ they have helped me out in so many ways from the front end staff to the doctors themselves. It may have took me six years to finally become calm and having control over my anxiety, but I would have never been able to do it without the help from Head to Heal Wellness. I am pretty well now in control of my anxiety and have learned to control/ calm it. One thing to know and you may not want to hear, but once you have anxiety, you will always have it for the rest of your life but it can be controlled naturally. It is one of the hardest mental battles to do, at times, I felt like driving into a brick wall and hoping it would go away. Thank you Head to Heal Naturopathic Wellness for everything.
