They have gone above and beyond with every contact I have had with them. During Covid when I was unable to go into the workplace due to the masking requirement, they came out to my car. Leslie has been amazing assisting me with equipment and information about how best to deal with my condition. A truly professional and empathetic group of people.

Hello. I needed a nebulizer for my children, because when they get a cold, only with the help of a nubilizer, I can cure both a runny nose and a cough. I contacted Leslie Sinclair, LPN Clinical Oxygen Consultant. He is a professional and a very nice and responsive person. She brought home a MedPro nubelizer, which I needed according to my requirements, explained everything, showed how it works. I am very satisfied and grateful. I recommend such a professional and the equipment of the Prairie Oxygen clinic. Thank you

I normally purchase my cpap masks where I live, but they have been on back order for sometime now. I contacted Prairie Oxygen to look at options and from the time I called and left a message to the time I made it to Regina to pick them up, Emily created an awesome shopping experience. She was very helpful and accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Emily is knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys her job, please thank her for me. She is a real gem!

In June 2022, I did an internet search for a CPAP supply store in my local area - Regina, SK. This is when I came across the website for Prairie Oxygen. Its probably the best CPAP supply store in the city. The staff were super amazing and friendly- especially Jacqueline! She made my buying experience for CPAP accessories a smooth and fun experience.

Jacqueline was awesome! She explained everything I could possibly need to know regarding C-pap machines and equipment and the options I had open to me. When I chose the option that takes longer but costs less she has been so supportive and has contacted me regularly to see how I'm doing. I would totally tell anyone I know who needs help with their sleep apnea issues to see Jacqueline for sure!
