Dr.lodhi is great , but their office receptionist is the worst , i booked appointment for my child 2 months prior and then 10 days before appointment they sent me text that its canceled, when i called why then receptionist said i had to cancel without explaining why and gave me another appointment after one and half month , if it was their fault they should have informed earlier or appointment should be adjusted few days up or down not like months, my child suppose to be seen at 6 months (actual appointment(which we never cancelled))but date was given at 7.5 months (rescheduled one) which is very irresponsible. Its really upsetting.
