Must be nice to be so incredibly self-important that everyone has to wait on your convenience. Watch as corporate spams out something to the effect or "If you would like to talk about your experience..." Not we'll fix it. Not that anyone cares. Not that anything will ever improve, Just talk. Useless.

I had not been able to afford my medications since October 2021. I saw a doctor finally in April 2022 who updated the prescriptions for my medications and added a few to accompany those to work better for my health. I was not able to fill the prescriptions until August 2022 due to financial situations. However, in August 2022, I stopped by the Shoppers Drug Mart at 2101 11th Avenue Regina SK (Cornwall Centre) to see if they could give me the cost of the prescriptions before filling them so I would know if I had enough money in the bank. They were happy to help me and did so while helping their busy customer flow. With their help, I was made aware that I should hold off of the one new prescription (which is very costly) until I seen how the other one worked, since it normally stabilized the condition in conjunction with my original medication. They also provided me with forms to apply for supplementary medical coverage for all medications and exceptional coverage for the costlier medication. The next day I took everything in to them, and they faxed it to the necessary government departments for me. I picked up the medications I had requested without any issues. I think the pharmacy may have safed my life by their suggestion as the first new medication worked too good and caused me an issue. But I was able to rectify the problem and it works good now. What if I had just had the prescriptions filled without their input? I am not sure if it could/would have killed me. But I am glad I did not need to find out thanks to their alertness. The staff, even in the main part of this store, seem very welcoming and accommodating to the customers. I have decided to get all of my prescriptions at this location. I will also be buying fresh fruit as the prices seem fair. Great staff, prices and service.
