        I really hate to be this person and really like giving people the benefit of the doubt but the lead pharmacist has been nothing but rude. Making me feel incompetent for not knowing I had to call ahead of time if I needed medication for a vacation. This has not been an isolated experience either. Other experiences with her have been poor. Other staff are lovely but firmly believe this woman needs to learn compassion.

        Incompetent, you would think pharmacists of all people would understand patients with memory problems. The automatic notification system put in place does not work anymore. I no longer receive messages that my prescriptions are ready, and often am days late to even fill my prescription because of this. The employees have been informed several times, but always have an excuse and apparently do not work to rectify the issue.
