Stapleford Pharmacy

What a great little pharmacy!! After my previous old beloved small pharmacy was sold, I flopped around aimlessly from one poor pharmacy to another starting to think I would just forever be a number and never find the personal care I had previously. Then I walked into Stapleford Pharmacy, right in my own neighbourhood. I was a little uncertain, based (lamely) on the location. However I was very pleasantly surprised. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The pharmacist (and all the others I have since crossed paths with) was incredibly friendly and helpful and never hesitated to give me her full undivided attention! The person standing in front of the pharmacist gets number one priority, especially over someone who may be calling in, which is a breath of fresh air compared to most pharmacies!! Even when they are clearly busy, they stop and take the time to give you their undivided attention and get your prescription filled on the spot. After loosing my old pharmacy where I was known by face and name, I feel "home" again at Stapleford rather than feeling like a stranger. It's so wonderful to have the girls ask how past medical issues have been going and to recieve such a high level of care!!

To the Owner of Stapleford Pharmacy, I have to say this; "what a great group of people you have working for you" !!! You have some of the hardest working store clerks and Pharmacists ever and my experiences have been nothing but the best. Every question that I have ever asked got answered and every problem I had ever encountered got solved quickly and as accurately as possible.. Five out of Five stars go out to this great group of employees!!!!!
