The Core Connection - Pilates Studio

I have to talk about how great this Pilates studio is. The atmosphere set by the owner is welcoming, relaxed, and genuine, and all teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and precise. After every single class I feel better than I did going in: strong in a flexible, integrated way; taller, as if Id been to a chiropractor; grounded and connected to my pelvic floor that makes me feel ready for life. Im so grateful this exists in Regina.

I dont leave reviews but this needs to be said - thank you so very much, Core Connection. I can honestly say today has been one of the biggest blessings. Had my very first class & let me just tell you, I am overwhelmed with relief. Just last week I was disheartened with the idea that the quality of my life would rapidly decline if I couldnt even begin to bend down to my toes, never mind release my shoulder tension from the office chair. For so many years now I had tried stretching consistently & have been active all my life. But thats what was so bothersome, with so much discipline, I was still so locked. But today has given me the confidence and reassurance I needed to keep faith as it does get better, I feel as if I could jump into a squat right now (!!!!). Great experience, cozy atmosphere, amazing instructor & a massive blessing - it doesnt get any better. Appreciate everything, Rilyn
