Just enjoyed a meal as a family of 4. Worst service we have ever received. Well I guess there really was no service. Took 25 mins to receive drinks got with our meals. Nobody came back to ask How the food was. Nobody cleared plates or checked on drinks. Had to wave a manager down for more drinks. He looked annoyed that we even asked him. The whole outing was a complete disappointment. Side note there were only three tables full in the entire restaurant.

Coming from someone that has an eating disorder and struggles when it comes to dining out. Actually, I usually just avoid it. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 6 years, and this was my first time here. Never been to Boston Pizza so this was also my first time at this chain. Had to go as it was a business lunch. To my complete surprise, the anxiety I normally feel and anticipated was very much bearable, and I was able to ignore it. This is mostly because of the atmosphere, i.e., no loud pounding music and no overwhelming smells of food. The menu was super easy to choose from, and I was able to select what I consider my "safe" foods. Those living with ED will understand this concept. In all, the experience makes look forward to the next opportunity for a business lunch at BP.
