Dr. Kristopher M.W. Ledding

We were to have a follow up appt today at 1040. We drove for over an hour for this appt and got told when we got there the doctor was not there. The receptionist rolled her eyes as if we were an inconvenience that we were there and stated she called us to let us know which wasn't true as we didn't drive an hour there for fun. There were also 3 other people there for appts, 2 others from out of town who did not receive calls to change or cancel their appts. Very unprofessional and very annoyed at the entire situation.

Dr Ledding and his staff have assisted me during my breast reduction and my breast cancer reconstruction journey. I found his office staff, Marina and Gee, to be very helpful. Friendly and professional. They go above and beyond and have made me feel like family. Dr Ledding is very professional and has always taken the time needed to explain everything in detail and answers all my questions. I am very pleased with all the surgical results. I highly recommend Dr Ledding and his staff for any procedures you are considering or needing. They honestly care for you as a person and not just another procedure.

I booked a consult & the clerk asked for information to be sent prior to the appt by email. She stated she would send me an email, so I would have the address & I could reply with the requested info. When I didn't receive an email, I called the office & the clerk literally argued & made me feel very uncomfortable. She said they were very busy & there was only 2 of them so they can't send things out same day. Then she told me several times to check my spam folder, even though I told her I had. She claimed the email was sent on Friday & they have confirmation of it. It is now Monday & I can see that I didn't receive it in any folder. I tried to confirm she had my correct email, which she was reluctant to do, but humored me. Again saying it was sent on Friday & they have confirmation. I asked if she could resend which she said she did right then. I have still not received it in any folder & am reluctant to call back for more aggression and argument from her. For this reason I don't feel this is a comfortable place I'd want to go & will be cancelling the consultation.

I was referred to Dr. Ledding for a breast reduction for medical reasons. Its important to note I was not a paying patient. My experience with Dr. Ledding and his office was horrible. The front desk person is very rude, unkind, and unprofessional. Dr. Leddings demeanour is cold and unwelcoming. He was also quite rude when I mentioned Ive had larger breasts since elementary school (I.e., grade 5-6). He alluded to my weight being the issue instead. I had maybe ten minutes of conversation with him between two separate meetings. I was placed on Dr. Leddings wait list back in 2020. He cancelled two surgery dates on me in 2022 that were confirmed with the hospital. The last time he cancelled two days before my surgery was supposed to take place. I was not given a reason for either cancellation. It turns out Dr. Leddings office told the hospital I was not medically cleared for surgery on the last cancellation, yet my specialist that oversees my monthly lab work said there is nothing in there or my medical situation that would prevent me from getting surgery. Further, no one at Dr. Leddings office had relayed to me why I was not medically cleared. The only reason I know is because I reached out to the hospital to ask why my surgery was cancelled again. If you have a choice, I would definitely recommend a different doctor- especially if you are a younger female. Dealing with Dr. Leddings office has caused so much stress and anxiety that pursuing surgery with him is not worth it, and I truly do not trust a doctor that manages their practice in such a way. Perhaps Dr. Leddings office treats paying customers better?

I am soooo beyond happy and satisfied with my results! I was so nervous the day of surgery, but after speaking with Dr Ledding he was cracking a few jokes and was able to get me laughing and make me feel alot more comfortable and not so panicky! My follow up with him at the Hospital went great, I only had to wait 5 minutes in the waiting room so thats a bonus! Dr. Leddings receptionist is so kind and helpful! She really goes above and beyond doing her job! I highly recommend booking with his office! :)
