worst property management/landlord ever! sneaky, letting in regina utility workers to put a lock on the water valve downstairs in my basement without letting anyone know it was there, and while i was in hairschool they deemed my unit "abandoned" and tried to evict me while i was paying my bills, groceries, and trying to go to school. When on the phone with both city of regina and namerind the person who knew exactly what was going on did not say a dam word about why my water wouldn't come back on. because they illegally entered my unit to have it locked. an attempt to get me out of the unit i had been renting 2 landlords prior . i've been in the same unit since 2008. not to mention while i bagged all my belongings into bags and placed outside in my backyard for one day while i sprayed raid due to maple bugs infestation they threw out everything claiming it was garbage yet it was only overnight , those i will never get back and they didn't replace it at all. photos, games, cd's , blankets, it was only 6 hours which means someone was keeping an eye on my place close, probably to try get her own friends and family in. either way, they tried hard to get me out. now my friend is having similar issues with this company. so glad i do not deal with them anymore, they did not seem sincere about the issue. worst company ever!!!!! **this is an edit since i can't respond to your response. however, my name is not Brandee. its a google username and yes this did happen in your company. someon allowed themselves into my unit without proper notification and allowed city of regina to lock my water valve in the basement .my belongings in the backyard were thrown in the garbage. the response i got from your staff was"anyting in garbage bags we assume is garbage and do clean up" her name started with a J i believe. this was around 2016-2017. .. Shameful tactics!

Coordinated Access is branched off of Namerind Housing corporation..no help at all! No wonder people still struggle with finding homes its been going on 5 months since applicationwas put in with C.R no return of phone calls no emails returned and place is dead so they aint busy doing their job..I put a application in a few years back with photocopies of Identification, copies of bills and went back few days later my application could not be found at all by the guy who took it..so I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is looking for housing i found them careless and uncaring of information that is confidential..

I have lived in my apartment for a little over 5 years. Every problem I have had has been dealt with within 48 hours of calling. The few times Ive had to come to the office have been a joy. Namerind is the best landlord Ive ever had.
