        Outstanding! A CUT ABOVE. I deal with all provinces ordering birth certificate replacements and Saskatchewan has managed to WOW me over and over. From ease of application - online, uploading all supporting documentation - to timely communication, they deliver exceptional service. Their commitment for smooth operation through the worst of the pandemic is unrivalled. Today I was moved to write a review, as the office of vital statistics managed to come out so far ahead of expectation, that left our whole advocacy office in awe. Our clients were in a fire and lost everything - we needed to replace their birth certificates. Urgent request was approved and we received the certificate in ONE DAY ! The whole process took two days. That is a service to aspire to. Thank you eHealth Saskatchewan Team.

        WORST SERVICE, NO RESPONSE BY PHONE OR EMAIL AND I REQUESTED ONLINE A CORRECTION OF A MISTAKE THEY MADE IN MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE 2 TIMES ONLINE AND BOTH TIME THEY SENT THE SAME DOCUMENT WITH THE SAME MISTAKE EVENTHOUGH I INDICATE TO CORRECT THE MISTAKE IN "NOTES"
