If I could give 6 out of 5, I would. Rish has been the most helpful, knowledgeable, involved, and responsive realtor I have ever had interaction with. He has been with us for almost 6 months on our journey to find a house to call home. During those months, never had he rushed us to put an offer on any house. We're picky and we know it. But Rish was very much on the same page with us and went extra miles to help us finally bought a great house at a great price or in his words "an unbelievably good one". We have been enjoying the house and keep saying to ourselves "How lucky we are!" He's busy but truly cared about his clients, constantly updated his clients on the markets, shared every detailed knowledge he has and that was what made him stand out. I believe his passion for real estate is the reason why he is always motivated, energetic and on the move. He will share all of the knowledge he has so you won't be surprised after your purchase.
