John Chung is a great realtor to work with. Goes above and beyond to get what you are looking for. Last year he listed my condo, we received multiple good offers, but at that time I had decided to hang onto it and rent it out. John was understanding on my situation and didnt pressure me to go one way or another and just suggested that we should keep an eye on things and try again when things may be a little more lucrative to sell. Ill admit I had felt that I wasted his time, but he does not think about the short term gain of a sale, but he is more interested in creating lasting partnerships in the market. Would recommend 10/10.
