        If you own a condo and they manage it well all i can say is good luck.. They are hard to deal with wont reply to you for months and when they do its AHHH we need to speak with the board which never happens they are hired to save the condo board money period. There is no compromise on issue even if they created them its there way or the highway. Very poor customer service and if you happen to get someone who think they rule the world your done. Heaven forbid your just a peon and your treated that way weather you have a disability or a Masters Degree. Buy a house is all i can say buyer beware

        Rent a property at 4640 Rae St. They recently took over maintenance of this building. They are terrible on every level. They've raised the rent 3 times since taking over and pests have become a big issue. I've reported bed bugs several times and they don't seem to care about the problem.
